Reviews and Ratings
I had a great experience at this hotel, which is conveniently located near the navy base and a charming shopping area, making it easy to explore Sasebo. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, although the breakfast options could be more appealing for Western tastes. Overall, it’s excellent value for money, but light sleepers should be aware of street noise on weekends.
The hotel has a lovely breakfast buffet with both Western and Japanese dishes, and the rooms are spacious compared to others in the area. However, I found the facilities to be lacking, particularly for long-term stays, as there are limited laundry options and room amenities for food storage. Overall, it serves well for short visits but may not meet the needs for an extended stay.
My stay at this hotel was comfortable and overall enjoyable, though there were a few drawbacks to consider. While the rooms were quiet and well-kept, the lack of amenities like a microwave and limited space were noticeable. The dining options were decent, and the laundry facilities were handy, but the overall value for money is solid considering the location and services available.
I often stay at this hotel due to its proximity to the Navy base and I have always appreciated the great service from the staff, especially Mika and Takanori. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making it a good value for the price. However, the dining options for breakfast could be a bit more varied, and the lack of a fitness center was a slight drawback for me.
I had a pleasant stay at the Chisun Grand in Sasebo while working in the area. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and the powerful air conditioning provided some comfort during the humid summer. However, the rooms lacked storage space and common areas for working could be improved. Overall, for short-term stays, it’s a decent option, but longer stays might require more amenities.
